again you fail i am 7 honor points from making King ... I have done 4 daily hunts 5 honor each = 20 honor and yet i received 0 honor from all 4 daily hunts ...WHY?

I don't recall there being an honor reward anymore for daily hunts at that level. Been a long time since I've done a daily hunt though, so I might be mistaken.

There were only a few people allowed to hold top pvp rankings on the server (emperor x2, king x5, seneschal x9, ect.) so maybe there are already 5 people with the ranking of king on your server, so you are not allowed to be the sixth since 5 is the limit.

That's nice. But the limits are still there, no way around them. Only thing to do is deal with it.

Actually they aren't. Go into any merged server and check the honor rankings, mostly they are filled with emperors.

And that's because they had that rank BEFORE the merge.

We had over 12 emperor's before any merge happened. The limitations in rankings were a very old system that got either abandoned really soon in the game or has never functioned properly. I have never seen anyone unable to move up a honorranking due to the limit on howmany can hold which rank.
