So I bought some crystals on an alt account on April 28th and didn't get crystals. No surprise this happens a lot so I wait the day. Nothing, send a ticket on the 29th clearly stating that I was missing crystals, first purchase, bonus pack for buying 500 crystals, and points for point of interest.
I finally get a reply on the 1st of May but go figure, still missing the bonus pack and point of interest.

3 days no response... opens a new ticket on the 6th restating that I am still missing points oh but the event ends in 3 days what will they do!?

Weekly maintenance rolls over but they extended point of interest for another week! But wait! still no points...
It is now the 12th of May with no points for point of interest and no support since their last reply. I was planning to cash $60 but if they couldn't get $5 right, why should I do $60? It's been 2 weeks now...
What else can I do but wait for the event to end and not get any points?

Upon logging in I saw the crystals, However, I am still missing the bonus pack for purchasing the 500crystal pack and the points for the point of interest event. Please look into this. Here is a screenshot showing I have just logged in (offline hours is not reset), my inventory of 500 crystals + the first purchase bonus item, and 0 points. Even if I do not receive the bonus pack of the torches+2x coupon, I'd at least like to get the points for point of interest. Thank you
