    First payment pack/ ticket fail!

    My First payment pack, was not yet delivered, although i got my crystals. so i filed a 3 tickets or so, they keep telling me to wait for 24 hrs and rest assured it will be given, but it has been more than 24 hrs. now they are telling me to wait for 72 hrs? I paid my crystals fairly, why do i have to suffer this frustration? please help me with my concern.
