  • Help with my characters, please.

    Two of my characters got banned a few hours ago, and I've already filed tickets for both. I know it takes time to get the tickets looked into, but please inform me or give me any update of any kind as soon as there is a progress regarding my toons. Thank you.

                    I don't wanna be a bother or anything, but the updates or any news with my concern is taking quite some time. Is there any way I can help so that it'll be even easier to solve or to shorten it's process? Thank you.
