Problem with VIP and Crystals

So, needed crystals for pack expanders. Decided to buy 500 for the first package deal for 4.99, then decided VIP since its a good deal for 7.99. My pay pal went through smooth, and the payment was accepted... no crystals... no VIP... What gives? I read there is a lot of this going around. What should I do? Not fond of the idea of throwing out money for nothing.

Did you use credit card or paypal? You could check if the payment went through (by checking the statement).

I checked. I used my debit card through pay pal, After I didn't get them I waited patiently. Then I went to my R2 Account status. They say, the payments have been recieved, and completed. I got a confirmation code as well. I double checked my email where my pay pal is linked, and got a confirmation, and checked my paypal account, also confirmed. So it definitely went through and says it was recieved.

Figured to show the info, going to post my email, R2 account message, and Paypal message (no personal info though but just enough to show it was recieved and paid for.

For the VIP, give it a max of 2 hours, then send in a ticket.

I just remember when I played in 2011 it was quite instant on the VIP, so thats why I was worried.

And I played this on a kongregate server, and the first purchase was quite instant as well. I will give it some time.
