so what i cant seem to understand is that you have all these people putting money into this game and you guys still cant seem to fix some minor problems like logging in for some reason the game will let me load all the way to char screen but it sits with the loading chars popup staying there and it wont load any further what really ticks me off is the fact that i just recently purchased some gems on this game and yet i cant seem to enjoy my moneys worth if i cant f***** load into the game

I have filed a ticket with r2 and got told yada yada clear browser cache and so all the normal ** they tell us ...I have done so many times and still cannot get my character to load so i can click on it and enter the game .... r2 you are really starting to get sad with all these problems your having ...Tank11 Guild
