GM please check

I have an Lvl 61 character in S60 named LalaLulu and I was away for a couple of months and I forgot Its character Lock code..

I already filed a ticket .. and Memory Lane Helped me but im not sure what to do with the ticket and when I tried loggin in to the character The Code was still needed Please Help me restart it..
