cs.r2games.com fails to load

i left for work 10 hours ago and everything was just fine. left my characters online while i was away. i came home and everything was crashed and now i cannot even load the main page. this goes for all computers in the household, on internet explorer, chrome and firefox. any other webpage loads fine. can only get into the forums. cannot get in to submit a ticket. is there something going on here? i just purchased VIP and crystal earlier today and now this..... cant even come home and enjoy it.

Run through this list, please.

1) Reload game/restart browser/restart computer
2) Clear browser's history, cache and cookies
3) Clear Flash Cache (let me know if you need the link to the help site that walks through this process)
4) Update flash player
5) Try a different browser
6) Check connection speed and stability
7) Adjust firewall settings. Make sure it is not blocking the game/site
8) Unplug your router/modem for a minute
9) Use Incognito Mode on Chrome (google this if you don't know how)

Let me know if any of that works, or if you still have an issue.

i can reply this to every 'DNS issue' problem, and if it doesnt fix the problem which most likely it wont, i will say "well i dont know the problem". can i be a mod now?

Listen I have been trying to load ya'll r2games.com site on my laptop for sometime now. I have been playing Crystal Saga Origins for sometime now. S47 Sullen Dunes. But I can't even load up ya'lls page now all my google says is Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to cs.r2games.com. My friend that i invited to the game is able to load up the site just fine but I am not. So please tell me what I need to do to be able to load it up. Thank you hope you answer me question quick

When this happened earlier all my movements , attacked are so dealyed especially when i was in BC i keep attacking the mob bt still theres no HP damaged after few second my attacked started to effect then its like that ovr and over again until reset came it was over =))
