It won't let me play my character...

Does anybody know why? It lets me get to the character page, I put my password in, then when I try to enter game it just doesn't load.
It'll load on my alt character but not my main. It just gives me this...

I probably suggest if you play CS in the morning log in with your main first than the alt that what i do i dont have a problem
