Muted On (S6) and Merged Servers

Why is everyone getting muted on S6 and merged?
All we do is say one thing on World Chat and boom. Muted for 30 minutes.
Is this a bug R2? o.o

Haha idk but it better be fixed by tomorrow it's hard for me to even go two days or even an hour without talking hahahah. But seriously this needs to be fixed if it's not >.> (can't check cause I'm on ny tablet lol)
