I've seen all these player's reports, and it looks like he's right about the South East Asia theory. There's only 1 or 2 I've seen that reported that it happened from America. But, if it really is this problem based off location, it would've been fixed a long time ago.

My office is a couple of building away from my flat and im using the same internet provider, both office and my flat. I tried logging in in the office and i successfully logged using same browser chrome and same internet provider. While on my flat still cant access. I didnt changed anything on my computer before this problem occurs. Until now i cannot log in here in my flat, tried different browser also but got no luck in logging in. hope you fix this problem soon and this info helps you in narrowing down your analysis. One more thing, i tried using Hotspot Shield and its working although very slow maybe because of the program but i can log in. thanks
