Hellstorm big issue S62 for 6/3/2013 event

Little upset I won got transported out said i was the only one standing and the 2nd and 3rd place can verify this but it did not give me the rewards it's a little worse than when the lag causes me to miss questions that i have the right answer checked for and I'd like it made right.

Have you even visited the Battlemaster for this? When you leave Hellstorm you're supposed to go to Battlemaster>Select Hellstorm>Rewards>Select Your Rewards. It doesn't matter if it's laggy or not. I usually enter Hellstorm and then refresh the page and I'm still able to get the rewards even if it hasn't started yet.
