question on merge

hi, i play on another CS host but our patches are from r2. our devs are planning to merge our servers. we have a super heavy casher and he wants that when the merging of server push through, all guilds be deleted and start all over. is that possible? we dont want our guilds to be erased but since hes a heavy casher, we fear that his whims be carried out just because of his money.

I'm sure if servers merge, all guilds and players are retained.
I doubt that 'heavy casher' could dictate over the Game and ask for other guilds to be wipe.
