No VIP

i payed for vip usin visa, i dont have it and when i try to click on vip again it says this ''Please view your VIP status by visiting your account order history located in the My R2 section''

THEN i go check it and nuthings there *** do i do

pls dont tell me file a ticket that'll take months to get vip
