I recharged 20 dollars on my alt. This was 3 hours ago. I've still yet to receive my crystals. I sent in a ticket 20 minutes after recharging and yet to get an answer. I'm beginning to feel like I've been jacked.

It happens to me but I believe they can fix your payment issues..
happen to me twice but i still received my crystals on the other day.
and sometimes ticket reply takes up to 30mins or longer so don't worry.,
