world problems?

i can not see any of my friends, or they cant see me, i dont know, we are in the same server [S61] Empyrean Acropolis.
we take screen shoots and world look diferent, (we see diferent players in the same area) i dont know what happend but yerterday we were playing together

Hello, you must be new around here.
Check you instance number if it match your friend's, it's located on the right side of your screen on your minimap.


Click it, and you could switch instance (L#)
