Best PC Configuration for Crystal Saga

Hello i had too much lag in game and high fps drop in starglade city and sengolia battleground so i am looking to buy new pc with those system specification:

•GA-H61M-S2P
•CPU Core i5-3330 3.0GHz
•RAM 8GB DDR3
•HDD 500 SATA
•GPU NVIDIA GT630 2GB DDR3

i want to be pretty sure that i can play the game without any lag/fps drops with this configuration

use windows 8 os ... use google for its SYSTEM specifications
it can open a maximum of 14characters at the same time
