can't sell normal gems?

just curious as to why I can't sell Normal gems of any kind in my shop now?

Probably you're selling bound gems?

no they were unbound but I tried to sell some last night they were not bound but I got a message saying the quantity of gem your trying to sell is normal

make sure your on sell tab and have exactly amount of gems in your inventory and it should work. thats usually the error when its trying to list one too many of a item that you have but dont have that many
