regarding boxing bear

I accepted the quest from the mysterious wanderer and like the facebook page. Now im near the event master and didnt see the completed quest sign.. i used the automovr to get to the event master.
I tried unliking and liking, relogging but nothing worked.
Quest also says i need a crystal but where do i get it..

i made a support ticket, did what they said :- try unliking and reliking, and when it didnt work to use another facebook account,
neither methhod worked......

FURTHER CLARIFICATION -
i have 2 free pet slots but it doesnt show the "tick" u see when u complete a part of a quest
and it doesnt "tick" when i unlike/relike either, why isnt anybody replying
