its a formality they are not really checking either, look at those players who didnt receive their crystal, now crystal are not automatic but manualy added to players including ticket itself

Well right now they're probably getting overloaded with tickets from the joyopark people who have lost their characters and need to get them restored due to really crappy programming, which makes them slower than usual right now. However I do agree that the efficiency of some of the support staff is incomparably low. Some got the job done pretty fast, while others took a month. =.=
