  • Renewing VIP

    I had a credit card that I maxed without paying attention to my VIP status. When I go to the site, there are no options to put in a different CC. When I go to the store to try it again it tells me "Please view your VIP status by visiting your account order history located in the My R2 section.".

    How does one get to that to change payment method?

    send a ticket to support and they can help you.

        Hate to be impatient... but how long does this take? I never even got a ticket number back out of it by email

          It also asks for a transaction number... I don't have one for the VIP transaction

            For the transaction number, you can put in random numbers to get the ticket to go through.

            The email with your ticket number is an automatic reply that you should have gotten right after submitting. If you never got that email then you will not be able to see the reply to your ticket. Provide your character name and server here and we will flag down a GM and see if one can reply with your ticket number.

            I suggest using yahoo or gmail for tickets, as some email providers insta-block replies from support.
