VIP registration using Paypal

I want to register my 2 account in VIP with my paypal account. But after i sign in, they requiring me to put a debit or credit card. the problem is i dont have one. i have more than enough money to register for it. But i cant because of that debit/credit thing. I already used my paypal account in buying crystal, and it went successful. but in VIP is different one. what do i have to do?to register in VIP using my paypal account? please help me. thank you

Old thread I know, but I have exact same problem... when I try to send a ticket it asks me for a transaction ID, but I dont have one... since I didnt make a transaction yet? :S

Either file your ticket under general support, or use random numbers for the transaction number.
