So, what do you do if you're not in a server that can file a ticket for this sort of thing? Talk to a GM?
Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

I'm not on any of those servers. I'm on the Newgrounds server. That's why I'm wondering how to file a ticket when I can't select my server.
