How to recover or fix my character that i can't see it because its disappear.

What happen to my character!!!please help me to recover my account because when i going to log in, said that create a new character, my main character was disappear and the my second character was also disappear!! what can i do to back my character!! please help to back my character in crystal saga!!

Try sending in a ticket after making sure your on the right account and right server.
Then you will need to prove your identity.
