Can't Finish Quest

Hi i made a new character its lvl 4 and i cant finish the " Your First Skill Point (Main)" quest. I tried making new character, new server, abandoned quest and got it again and reloading but nothing is working D: PLZ HELP!!

spend your 2 skills points, choose one "tree" skill, and the quest will be done.

It's a bug O-O/.
It wouldn't let me submit the quest to get it done..

I manage to level up , and it let me submit the quest. Somehow it needs 3 skill points.

As Misdarte mentioned, simply spent two talent points and you will be able to pass this error. This issue is scheduled to be fixed on all servers this week, however.

you can overclick and have 3 skill points but you will have a -1 skill point left...
