    VIP issue Ticket not read yet, WHY?

    More than 24hrs and nothing about my paid VIP, and same with the tickets, no one replay me. The numbers are #379608 and #432967

    WHY taking so long to solve it?
    and i need tell: i am free vip 3 days, until u fix my paid vip, the last mesage i got from staff was:

    "Thank you for taking the time to contact us.We have checked that we really received your payments, However it looks like there is a delay in the processing system. We have resolved the issue and payments are coming through .Also we have sent the VIP to you after we got your money .Please log in game to verify it .Thanks for your cooperation and understanding .

    But the vip was not delivered to me. w8 for a response.
