a hacker enter in my account and him put a second password

i already sned a tiket , 3 days and nothing of answer of my ticket , i cant use my character because the hacker put a second password , i can get back the account password but not the second password , what i have do? , 3 days and not answewr of R2 of my ticket , why? , and what i have do to get back my character?
