Half my screen is cut off!!!

Ok so I got this stupid Ad now on top my screen, only on the CS pages, with "Play Free Online Games" and advertising a bunch of games. It is only on this site. So I thought logging in, it would go away, no it covers up the top half of my screen. I try to scroll down cut it off, and it follows me and cuts off more of my screen

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS!!!
