Character Reset? Awesome First Experience

Hello, I'm new to Crystal Saga and yesterday I played on the new Purgatory server. I played for around 5 hours and then when I check to play today, It has been completely reset and my character isn't on there?

Is there any way I can find out if he was on a different realm "Which is very unlikely". If not I am not planning on buying V.I.P if I can't trust the game system to hold my account memory.

Can any staff tell me the first server I played or is it the servers fault? I really don't feel like restarting after waisting all that time, I clicked servers to check so now my recent server played is gone.

If you look in your browser history from yesterday, it should show you which server you played on.

Are you sure you're on the same account from yesterday? Oftentimes, people think they are logged in with one account, when really they need to be logged in on another.

If none of that works for you, provide the character name and we will see what we can do to help you find it.

His name was RedMist or Xlrator I forgot which one, I tried on this account and says RedMist is taken so idk.
