Okay, I've deleted my char in cs a long time ago...And I kinda missed it so I get to make one again but it takes too much time for me to handle because my new character's level is only level 22...

Can I still get a chance to restore my old character again?

We apologize, we will not be able to restore your character since it was deleted on purpose.
However, getting to Lv. 22 is a very short process, an hour process at most.
You can always remake your character and just start off with learning the basics again.

Only send in a ticket if you sent your information in before the deadline- else you will be turned away. You will need a character on any server, so if you need to create one, do that first. Using that character, click the link I provided in my reply above, fill out the form, and state your case.
