Go to tree of life and find ardhon the guardian or the place where you go to ladder npc. You will find one option on Go to heavenly isle and click go there. After that open up the dungeon tabs where it show you all type of level dungeons and click on Exe Holl. It will pop out a npc link and click the npc link and it will go to the npc.
