The date and IP you played our games for the first time
The date and IP of your latest log-in
A screen shot of the latest receipt or order number

I like your name Xumot_VI it a bit like my ign from a different game(Xemnas_XIII) its probably not but for some reason that name is strange to me. It would be a good name for a evil guy in kingdom hearts.
