admin! yesterday lost char then now its return but......

admin yesterday i cant access my account thru facebook it said i use third party and so on..CS said that your investigating it.
then ill try to log in thru yahoo acc. and it works but when i log my character its gone...
and i start to create new char to this account yesterday and now i cant log in thru yahoo and i try to use facebook and suddenly it works
the things is my old char is back then the new char gone....
im thingking is there a chance that my new char will replace this old char?
hope my old char will not replace my new char bec.it takes time for me to level up and grinding..
need some help here admin.. hope it will resolve thank you in advance..
