Delivery Problem?

I can't file a ticket, the screen reloads when I hit submit and i get told to correct the following information but the page is now blank and I have no idea what I need to correct. Here is the issue...

I get to check point 3 in delivery and this is what i see:

I also cant upload the image i've tried repeatedly.

Were you in a party with someone else who was also delivering? If another delivering party member dies, it causes your quest to fail too, resulting in not seeing any options at the checkpoint npcs.

if youre trying to send a bitmap type file it wont work in a ticket. save ur screen shot as jpeg and it will work.
