havent recieved crystals yet

I put money on account yesterday and still haven't got crystals yet. why does it take so long to get them but when you put VIP on your account it goes right through. I don't understand the problem. I use paypal for payment it went through them but still no crystals yet please help!!!!

You got to wait for 12 hours, probably it will be there. Or else file a ticket again if you haven't received it in 24 hours or later.
