I had over 2 Platinum. I set up shop to buy two(2) Fragarach Shards for 50 gold each. When I checked my shop after an hour the money was gone but no Fragarach Shards were in my inventory. ***?

There's no need to file a ticket. When you set up items in wanted shop and someone sells it to you, it goes in your TEMP STORAGE.
