Where to get Soul Crystals IV for Rebirth Expedition quest?

I reborn finally, and now I have this quest and no idea about %subj%

You get Soul Crystal IVs from disenchanting equipment. I had the best luck with the lvl 80 range equipment.

Lvl80? So what's the reason to give this quest to lvl1 scion chars???

The quests aren't smart enough to know what level you are. It's no different than if your quest was for the Fallen Angel or lvl 40 ladder, you know? You can get them from the lower lvl equipment, just not as often so it takes more work.

Your guildies or friends should have no problem helping you out with getting 20 soul crystal IV's.

One more question. What items can be disenchanted? I tried green, blue and yellow 20-30lvl equip of all types, and all can't.

Now I tried to add all equip from my backpack to enchant panel and even tried to enchant one item. All worked well. When I tried to put these items in disenchant panel, I got the message "This item may not be disenchanted" every time.

So what about items can be disenchanted? Noone here who can answer this question?

Disenchant lvl 30+ purple gears for best chance to get soul crystals IV..non purple gears will only give u other soul crystals. also higher lvl purple equips have a better chance of giving SC IV

Today I found couple of items with string "Disenchantable" in it's description. Maybe it's just too obvious, so noone mentioned this string.
