I found info at forum that Plantona is on Glimmering Plains L1. Is it true? I can't find it there, and it even isn't in monster list on afk panel. Maybe it's not "all day" anymore, and I need to hunt it at specific time?

Still can't find it (only see Zodiac boss in bottom part). If it's in "nearby monsters" list, does it mean it's alive?Comment

She lives just to the right of the Zodiac boss. You can switch instances to see if it hasn't been killed yet (spawns on both L1 and L2). And no, being in the nearby list doesn't mean it's alive, just that it spawns on that map.
