Ladder Issues

This has happened for 3 days in a row now. Every time I join ladder and go through the floors, after a few floors the screen gets stuck at "Loading Data" and just sits there. I've tried letting it load for minutes and I've tried resetting my browser's cache and all that stuff, but it just keeps getting stuck. It's getting frustrating cause I'm missing out on SS Any advice on how to fix the problem?

This happened to me stuck loading or load very long. Here is what I do.
I set my DNS manually. I use the google DNS 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
