i made a recharge but i havent received the crystals yet:

Status:Completed

is there a delay between the payment and the delivery?

If it's your fist time recharging it takes 12 - 48 hours to recieve youur crystals, if i passed those hours file a ticket here http://tickets.r2games.com/
