With 543k dollars in yearly ad revenue just from crystal saga, Not to mention the income from cash shop, R2 would be able to hire a programmer competent enough to fix an issue within 6 hours. The money surely isnt being turned around into better server capacity, or new game material. Maybe instead of adding new servers, since that's your best outlet for people cashing, you could fix the problems that are already around.

indeed you are right. however they dont give a $^&# what you, me, or anybody else thinks. they do not intend to improve anything related to the lag issues, disconnections, user interfaces or customer service. they just really dont care.
