Stuck at "Loading Character List"

Hi,

I was disconnected from server 63 at around 3 PM PDT and haven't been able to log back in. The process is stuck at "Loading Character List" and after a while reads "Failed to connect to the server."
I am able to start new characters on other servers but can't connect in anyway to 63.

Please help

Me too, can i get that Killer Den back? and what about the missed Quiz?

i can log all characters except my main.... just get 0 KB/s and 0%

just reset everything, rebooted did ipconfig /flushdns and still the same issue.. can log all characters but my main...

update.. flush browser cache.. worked perfectly for me

maybe until now they're fixing our server s63 cause i try S1 and it very smooth there no problem on loading char and no 404 error
