Ultimate game card issues

Your payment thing is still broken after months and many complaints- a lot form me since EVERYTIME I buy cards now and try use it on your game there is a problem. Todays issue is some nonsence about an 'error with the payment gateway' I been trying to get my xstals for an hour now. Sent 3 tickets so far and been ignored so I'm putting this here to say HELP ME IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY. I have enough in game currency to buy the things I want from halloween event so I can do that and take my game cards to another game I play with another company if you really want to be ignoring me and not helping but I find using xstals faster way to get the things I want (well it used to be before this ****) why hasn't this been fixed? this is not good enough. bring good events but then cant access the only decent things from it

My patience is thin at the best of times -_- for the love of cookies can u at least give me some kind of feedback as to what is going on with this payment gateway error nonsence? It's all gibberish to me :/ Oh this my kewl ranger account by the way

so its about 4 days after I bought $50 of cards and still no response from ultimate pay after sending about 4/5 messages, no real help from you guys either

We cannot do anything to assist with the Ultimate Pay issue as it is under their discretion. That's why the best thing we could ever recommend is to contact their support.

The only reason I bought cards cos I want halloween stuff, now it seems I'm not going to get anything for $50, some of the people who cash have to save up to be able to do it cos they don't have much money, you should have a way to help them with these issues :/ What if I can't get xstal til after halloween thingy ends? then what? I can't get the things I spent money for can I?
