~.~ Can anybody tell me wheres the best place to farm Sergeant Order. Quest for level cap 126. -_-'' None been dropping for me and I'm stuck on 125 XP Thanks.

The bottom part of frozen wastelands is the best place I've found to farm. -concentrated mobs/high elite spawn rate/no chance of entering a portal
