copy and paste the ticket number in this thread so he can get easy access to the issue and pass it along down the line if need be

Be patient , r2 needs to find out what happened with your issue and then figure out how to resolve it, I am sure someone will let you know what happened as soon as they have an answer and are able to fix it.
