Did not get my crystals or bonus pack.
Also could not submit a ticket because i was unable to select my character after selecting server.

Did you ever confirm your E-Mail? Normally that's why people can't seem to select their character when attempting to file a ticket.

Yes my email is confirmed. Just to be sure i went to the account page and next to my email its says (Activated)
