no november token

i have been doing Bath and Daily Hunts and so on and still i have been not getting November Tokens... what am i doing wrong..... 3 days now and nothing......

After you finish a bath run, when you hit the NPC, you click on "Blessed Bath booty" which gives you one token.
You also do not obtain November Tokens from Daily Hunts.
