Click on "Open Ticket", Then click on "In-Game problems & Event" option in "catergory" and "subcategory", Then fill up your account name and select your char name you are trying to deliver the crystals, then type your full name, and in subject type crystals delivery, then type your message your problems you're having and if you used Ultimate Game Card type the numbers it has on it, if u also have a screenshot upload it on attachment.
