Missing In Game Stuff

My friend Kfdickey was hacked on kongregate, she lost alot of money in game and some crystals. She had not given out her password, but someone had gotten into her account and stole stuff.
Is there anyway the game can refund her?
If so, in game name is (S1)Viperina, please refund her the last 24 hours of stuff missing i would really appreciate it, my friend does not deserve this and worked really hard in order to get the money

What your friend can do, is file a support case ticket by having her being directed HERE.
She will need to create a character on our servers in order to create the support case.
