Im on the newgrounds server, trying to purchase crystal with upoints, but ultimate pay isnt working. i tried sending in a ticket, but with that system trying to find an answer for you as you type, as soon as i type "newgrounds" it error's and screws up. can someone, anyone please help me, the sale is over in 3 hours!

thats not the issue, it goes through the process, says it has deducted the points from my account and i will recieve my crystal and bonus item, click the purple "close" button, then i sit and wait, ive been trying for hours.
